Role Summary
The Analyst will work to support Sales Enablement initiatives, focusing on commercial communication and training the sales team. The position aims to contribute to the organization, execution and continuous improvement of content, training and processes that support commercial performance.
Responsibilities
- Support the creation, review and publication of communications for the commercial team (emails, Teams, newsletters and support materials);
- Ensure standardization, clarity and consistency of messages;
- Support the management and updating of content on internal platforms;
- Provide operational support to training sessions (invitations, attendance lists, materials);
- Support the creation and updating of training content and support materials;
- Monitor participation and engagement indicators in training;
- Support control of the communication and training calendar;
Ensure adherence to processes and flows defined by the area.
Requirements
- Education Completed or ongoing higher education in Communication, Marketing, Administration or related areas;
- Differentiators Previous experience with internal communication, training or support for commercial areas Familiarity with content platforms or LMS (e.g. Seismic, SharePoint);
- Basic knowledge of engagement metrics Interest in digital tools and innovation;
- Advanced English (desirable);
- Organization and attention to details;
- Proactivity and sense of responsibility;
- Good communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal relationships;
- Ability to deal with multiple demands;
- Ease of working in a team and with different areas;
Office Package (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Collaboration tools (Teams or similar).
