Responsibilities

As a professional, you will

• Analyze receipts of international invoices through checking the invoice and Purchase Orders
• Open requests to launch invoices in order to enter them into accounts payable
• Analyze the position of customers/suppliers of international invoices in order to meet the payment/receipt deadlines described in the global policy
• Make payments on international invoices through exchange closing and systemic write-off
• Validate whether all requests were met accordingly, as well as monitor credits/debits in current accounts through analysis of contracts
• of exchange received by service providers
• Generate Apportionments for International taxes in order to apply them correctly
• Optimize understandings that benefit cash flow results from maintenance to internal and external customers/suppliers in the area

Requirements

• Education: Higher education
• Specialization / Certification: Administration/Accounting or related areas
• Experience in the role
• Previous experience in other positions
• Office Package: Intermediate
• English: Basic
