Commercial Finance Manager

Role Summary

To support this mission, Syngenta's Commercial FP&A Brazil team is looking for a Commercial Finance Manager in Cuiabá/MT. In this role, you will be responsible for working in close partnership with Business Unit Commercial Directors, providing financial support to improve the decision-making process.

Responsibilities

• Carry out financial analyzes to ensure a balance between profitability, cash generation and market share growth;
• Responsible for monthly financial reports and analyzes for business unit directors;
• P&L analysis by region, channel and customer;
• Responsible for controlling expenses and the budget process;
• Promote the generation of insights and a prospective vision;
• Ensure governance of commercial terms;
• Support the development of business cases for offers and campaigns;
• Identification and measurement of risks and opportunities;
• Ensure compliance of main controls (provision for sales returns, credit notes, etc.);

Support the Digital Transformation and AI agenda to free up time for business analytics and partnering activities.

Requirements

• Completed degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering or related field;
• Advanced English, with professional proficiency;
• Solid experience in finance in the areas of FP&A and controlling;
• Experience as a business partner and influencing key stakeholders;
• Experience with KPIs, risk analysis, business case development and financial modeling;
• Office package at an advanced level;
• Availability to travel;

Advanced user and/or AI developer.

Desired

• Postgraduate degree or MBA in related areas will be an advantage;
• Knowledge of Power BI and Qlik Sense will be an advantage;
• Experience in agribusiness will be an advantage.
