With years experience to lead the development of innovative mold CAD/CAM system to exceed customer's requirement. Provide necessary tech instruction to achieve mold tech system efficiency which leads the peer industry.

Responsibilities

• Plan and establish tech standard of mold design development.
• Responsible for mold design tech, process development& improvement. Establish the idealist mold design process to shorten developing period.
• Practical implementation in new mold design tech development to ensure the developing projects hit the target.
• Cooperate with CAD/CAM software to establish Auto Mold design system and thereafter system optimization to enhance Mold quality.
• Responsible for training employee in operating Auto CAD/CAM system.
• Plan and implement the documentation and knowledge system development for mold design system.
• Check and confirm the soundness of mold CAD/CAM system operation manual.
• Plan and implement new mold design system development. Apply developing resources outside of the company, analyze and establish mold design guidelines to achieve department target for new tech development.
• Support mold CAD/CAM project progress and deploy the result to oversea sites.
• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

• Great at with mold design process.
• Great at CAD/CAM advanced operation.
• Be capable of reading mold mechanical drawing.

About the Company

How will you make an impact?

The Quality Supervisor for DHR and Inspection is under the direction of the QA Manager. They will continue maintaining high quality standards of the product inspection and final release process and compliance with regulatory requirements, administer Quality Assurance support to Quality Operations of a complex site and/or demanding compliance profile, and directly supervise Quality inspectors, and Final Release (DHR) employees. Works with Quality Technicians and Quality Engineers for day to day activities supporting all Production Cells and Supplier quality (Operating Companies) at the site has adequate quality support, documentation review, and support projects, process and new product introductions or upgrading of existing processes and products and subsequent qualifications.
