Italian Social Media Content Moderator (m,f) (Callcenteragent/in)

Role Summary

Start: 13/7, 20/7, 24/7, 27/7, 10/8

We are working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy to recruit Italian-speaking Content Moderators for an on-site TikTok project in Lisbon.

In this role, you will ensure that content posted by users meets community guidelines and policies. You will work in a fast-paced, international environment, reviewing videos, posts, and comments, and helping to maintain a safe and positive online experience for users worldwide.

• Review and moderate user-generated content in Italian, including videos, posts, and comments
• Identify and escalate inappropriate, harmful, or sensitive content
• Apply professional judgment and ensure consistent moderation decisions
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex cases and identify recurring trends
• Document moderation actions and maintain accurate records
• Contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing within the moderation team

Requirements

• Native or fluent Italian (C1/C2)
• Good command of English (B2) for internal communication
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Comfortable handling sensitive content professionally and consistently
• Previous experience in content moderation, social media, or customer support is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
