Internship in support, processing & location issues

Role Summary

During your internship, you will support the preparation and implementation of internal and external system audits, for example according to ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 9001.

You independently support and coordinate all issues relating to ID systems for sales employees and external service providers.

You record, analyze and prepare relevant key figures as part of complaint management and create regular reports for management.

You will be involved in the organizational and content-related preparation of employee training and safety instructions.

You will also play a key role in the development, structuring and sustainable implementation of new disposal methods in our sales waste management.

Last but not least, you will help with the processing, optimization and creation of process documents and procedural instructions (VANs) in order to ensure our operational standards in sales.

Requirements

• Education: Studies in business administration, business informatics, industrial engineering or comparable
• Experience and know-how: confident use of MS Office and SAP
• Personality and way of working: you are able to act independently and understand complex issues in a structured manner, quickly grasping connections and new information and deriving precise solutions from them
• Day-to-day work: Presence in the office required
• Languages: business fluent German and English
