Internship in Controllership

Internship in Controllership at Signode in Cabreúva, São Paulo, Brazil.

Responsibilities

• Extract and analyze reports in the Datasul system, supporting reconciliation and audit processes.
• Post and check invoices, invoices, bills and other administrative documents in the system.
• Organize and maintain control of physical and digital files, ensuring the integrity and accessibility of information.
• Support inventory activities of fixed assets, stocks and various materials.
• Post DACTEs and other invoices, according to tax department guidelines.
• Provide support to general administrative routines, contributing to the organization and efficiency of internal processes.

Requirements

• Degree of Education: Studying Accounting Sciences from the 4th semester onwards.
• Knowledge of Excel.
