Role Summary

From January 2027 we are looking for you to support our team in the design department at the Weißbach location.

The internship should ideally last 4 to 6 months. You can complete this as a voluntary internship for up to 3 months or as a compulsory internship for 4 months or more. It is also possible to combine a compulsory part with a voluntary internship during your studies.

We will mostly need you on site in Weißbach. But we also understand that there are days when you would prefer to work from home. Therefore, together we will find a solution that suits all of us - remote working hours are therefore possible in consultation with your manager.

• Participation in design projects – whether concept cars, prototypes or demonstrators: you are in the middle of it instead of just there

• Moodboards & design concepts – you get to the heart of emotions and visions visually
• Color and material compositions – you combine digital and analog elements to create harmonious overall concepts
• 3D visualizations (CGI) – You create impressive renderings for presentations and projects
• Interdisciplinary collaboration – You work closely with neighboring departments and contribute your perspective
• Creative ideas for trade fairs & events – your concepts make our appearances unforgettable

Requirements

Are you wondering whether you are suitable for the design internship? Here are key qualifications we are looking for:

You are studying textile or fashion design, interior design, color design, product design with a focus on surface, color and materiality or in a comparable course of study

Experience in surface design is a plus

Project management experience is desirable - if you have already organized or supported projects, even better!

• You are proficient in the Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and get to the heart of your ideas visually
• You should be familiar with MS Office and have a good knowledge of common programs
• Fluent German and good English skills, both spoken and written, are absolutely necessary for us
• In addition to these professional requirements, we also look for certain characteristics and skills:
• You are independent, goal-oriented and structured and know how to work effectively without losing track of things

Very well-developed communication skills and the ability to work in a team are particularly important to us - after all, we always have to work together on solutions
