Intern, Supply Chain

Role Summary

• Coordinate with Customer Service/Warehouse team to plan daily deliveries
• Arrange transportation booking with trucking supplier
• Monitor loading progress and ensure timely delivery to customers
• Follow up on supplier invoice
• and submission invoice to Finance
• Create Purchase Order based on Purchase Request and procurement price list

-Tracking order status and provide timely updates to internal stakeholders

• Handover material/service to end user with proper documentation and sign off
• Filling completed purchasing document
• Submit original document to finance for payment processing

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or fresh graduate student in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, business Administration, or Operations management.
