Intern - Real Estate Lawyer

Role Summary

Within the Nantes Shared Services Center bringing together legal, accounting, tax, treasury, purchasing, payroll & personnel administration services for the 250 Eurofins entities and 480 sites in France, the legal department has 11 people and is made up of 3 divisions:

• Real estate law
• Business Law
• Corporate & Compliance
• Attached to the Real Estate & Insurance division, and in collaboration with the 3 people in the division, you will work on the following missions:
• Participation in the review, drafting of commercial leases
• Participation in acquisition and sales files
• Support for operational staff in Lessor – Lessee relationships
• Participation in renewals, holidays, terminations, return of premises
• Creation, closure, and updating of sites on internal software

Maintaining dashboards; electronic signature; digital ranking.

Maintaining all real estate data in the tools with great rigor

The missions may be evolving depending on the knowledge, skills and qualities deployed during the internship.

Requirements

• You hold a Master 2 in business law/real estate law/or a DJCE
• Previous experience in a business or law firm would be an asset.
• Fluency in English desired.
• Agility, energetic, team spirit, rigor, curiosity, appreciated knowledge of leases and business law, organization, responsiveness, ease on the telephone... are qualities required to join the Real Estate & Insurance Department
