Intern - Business Law Lawyer

Role Summary

Within the Nantes Shared Services Center bringing together legal, accounting, tax, treasury, purchasing, payroll & personnel administration services for the 250 Eurofins entities and 480 sites in France, the Legal Department is looking for an Intern - Business Law Lawyer.

Responsibilities

• Attached to the Business Law division, and in collaboration with the division's lawyers, you will work on the following missions:
• Contract law
• Review of contracts, in English and French: service contracts, special conditions of sale, NDA, applying internal processes
• Implementation of customer contract mapping
• Real estate law

Drafting and updating internal rental and sublease contracts.

Site monitoring via our group software

• Monitoring of deadlines, terminations and exits from sites.
• Legal advice during the execution of leases.
• Review of external leases.
• Business Law
• Handling all questions relating to business law (termination of contracts, customer and supplier complaints, etc.)
• Legal monitoring
• Advice to operational staff and drafting of files linked to internal procedures for the legal department

The missions may be evolving depending on the knowledge, skills and qualities deployed during the internship.

Requirements

• You are a student in higher education at minimum Bac +5 level in Law or in law school and you are looking for a 6-month internship.
• Previous experience in a business, law firm or abroad would be an asset.
• Fluency in English desired.
• The positions require team spirit, rigor, organization, responsiveness and a spirit of synthesis.

• Start of the internship: from January 1, 2027
• Duration: 6 months

Bonus: €1,200 + restaurant vouchers + transport allowance.
