Intern in the Accounting Department

Role Summary

Your responsibilities will include supporting accounting processes appropriate for one of the following departments:

AP Commitments Department

Entering invoices and correction notes into the accounting system,

Preparing payment proposals,

Supporting the process of settling items on supplier accounts.

AR Receivables Department

Monitoring and control of timely receipt of receivables,

Posting bank statements,

Issuing sales invoices.

GL General Ledger Department

Preparing standard accounting entries,

Registration of fixed assets,

Reconciling balances between companies.

In 2016, a Group Service Center was established in Katowice, at which the strategy, vision and mission of the organization are established. Our organization includes teams in the areas of accounting, global strategic purchasing, group reporting and controlling, data analysis, recruitment and IT.

Requirements

Check if we are looking for you!

• You are a student or have secondary education;
• You want to develop in the area of finance and accounting;
• You have already had your first experience in this area, you have taken courses or completed your studies;
• You know MS Office well, especially Excel;
