Role Summary

You love events – and creating experiences that connect people.

You are more than an intern.

You ensure that an event becomes a memory and players become a community.

Our players come to play. They stay for the people, the atmosphere and the special moments.

And that's exactly what you're there for: You'll help plan, implement and further develop events that continually bring our community together.

What makes us special

Our indoor clubs are located so that they can be reached in under 15 minutes - ideal for everyday urban life.

Our fully automated systems ensure a smooth, modern gaming experience.

Our community leaders live true hospitality and ensure that all players feel welcome.

Our interior design comes from a renowned boutique architect.

Our ambition: to become the first address for padel in Europe.

Your mission at center

What do you do as an internal event coordinator?

You help bring events to life - from tournaments to corporate events to product launches.

You ensure that events are organized, professionally prepared and successfully implemented.

You keep track of many small details and ensure that they result in a great overall experience.

Start-Up Life: In this role, you will experience first-hand what it means to help build a fast-growing sports brand - with a lot of responsibility, creative freedom and direct influence.

We are looking for crew members who would like to help shape our mission. Because this role is the entry point – not the goal. You get the chance to take on responsibility and grow together with our company.

Those around you value you

You like to organize and don't lose track of many tasks.

You think in a solution-oriented manner and get involved instead of having lengthy discussions.

You work reliably and take on responsibility.

You communicate openly and happily with different people.

You want to help shape things instead of just executing them.

Sport, community and live experiences inspire you.

You have excellent German and English skills.

Mindset before CV.

With responsibility. Not casually.
