Role Summary

Manage the relationship with strategic partners of the Serasa Insurance Marketplace, being responsible for the evolution and profitability of the portfolio.

Lead commercial negotiations, monitoring performance indicators and identifying opportunities for growth, conversion optimization and increased revenue.

Build, monitor and ensure the execution of strategic plans together with partners, using data to generate insights and define initiatives that boost business results.

Daily interaction with teams and leaders in the areas of Products, Technology, Data, Marketing, Hunting and Legal, both from Serasa and partners, taking a leading role in directing this multidisciplinary team in the search for the best result.

Monitor business KPIs, identify opportunities for continuous improvement and propose actions to evolve the insurance portfolio and the consumer experience throughout the journey.

Be a protagonist in prioritizing demands and conducting multidisciplinary projects, influencing different areas to achieve the strategic objectives of the Insurance Marketplace.
