Identity and Access Management Engineer

Role Summary

You will join the Information Systems Department, whose role is to guarantee the proper functioning of information technologies within the Sopra Steria Group.

In order to respond to the challenges and the Group's overall digital strategy, the IT department manages the design, implementation, and deployment of reliable IT solutions adapted to needs. It ensures the management and optimization of technological infrastructures as well as its maintenance in operational and security condition.

Within the IT department, you will join the identity management team (IAM) made up of 10 people present in France and internationally.

Your role and missions

You contribute to the maintenance and evolution of the group's identity management solutions based on Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory solutions.

In this context you carry out

Administration and operational operation of the Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory platform.

Administration and continuous improvement of the security of identity management solutions in the Cloud and On Premise

The management and industrialization of identity administration and provisioning tools.

Administration and evolution of the privileged account management solution

You participate in the definition and evolution of the architectures implemented within the Sopra Steria group.

You work in conjunction with Sopra Steria's Cybersecurity teams to control and maintain the security of directories.

Technical environment: Microsoft365, Active Directory, Azure AD, EntraID, ADFS, AD Connect, Powershell, PKI (Public Key Infrastructure), Microsoft identity Manager.

Requirements

• You are a graduate of a Bac+5 engineering school or equivalent university training. You have 8 years or more of experience implementing Microsoft identity management solutions
• You master Microsoft identity management solutions, Powershell scripting, Active Directory infrastructure and Azure AD.
• Fluency in professional French and English.
• Excellent communication, leadership and coordination skills.
