Reporting Into The Head Of Talent Development, This Individual Will Lead A Team And Helm Southeast Asia Remit, Responsible For Providing Training Of Both A Technical And Soft Skill Nature To The Business Across Markets

Your Main Focus Will Be On Delivering Management And Leadership Training Working In The Close Collaboration With The Managing Directors Population In Your Region

Responsible For Organizing And Managing The Requirements Across The Region And Will Also Be Responsible For The Career Development Of Your Team

Work With The Business To Deliver To Their Immediate Needs Whilst Planning And Anticipating Future Needs Working With The Broader HR Team

Be Responsible And Accountable For Maintaining Consistency Of Service, Delivery Of Workshops And Processes To The Broader Business And Team.

Drive And Lead APAC Wide Projects As Well As Global Initiatives Across Our Multiple Locations
