GTM Engineer

Role Summary

As a GTM Engineer, you will build the systems and processes with which we scale our hypergrowth across Europe. You combine modern GTM tools, data and AI to identify, enrich and transform new leads into scalable outbound machines.

THIS AWAITS YOU

• Building scalable lead generation workflows with tools like Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, Instantly, Smartlead or similar platforms
• Research, enrichment and qualification of leads via different data sources and APIs
• Development and optimization of outbound campaigns together with the founding team - from targeting to messaging to deliverability
• Automation of sales & marketing processes with AI and modern SaaS tools
• Analysis of funnel, conversion and campaign data for continuous optimization
• Direct collaboration with Product & Engineering to incorporate GTM learnings back into the product

Requirements

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Extreme Growth Mindset: you want to build systems that bring 10x more leads
• Experience with modern GTM & lead generation tools (e.g. Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, Instantly, Smartlead, PhantomBuster)
• Strong understanding of outbound, lead enrichment and data-driven growth - you know what ICP, intent signals and deliverability mean
• Technical understanding and ideally some experience with APIs, automation or scripting - you don't have to be a senior engineer, but when you read an API doc don't panic
• Pragmatism: You keep things simple, start lean and ship as soon as you can learn something
• German as a native language in order to work directly with our DACH customer segment and very good English
