Graduate Specialist Program (Trainee) - Technical Sales Connected Hydraulics

Role Summary

Our trainee program “Graduate Specialist Program (Trainee) – Technical Sales Connected Hydraulics” is your career start in an internationally successful company. In 18 to 24 months you will go through different stations at home and abroad that are individually tailored to you. After completing the program, you will take on a challenging role as a technical sales expert.

Waiting for you

4-6 stations, one of which is abroad: In your program you will gain comprehensive knowledge of operational sales business and work on strategic issues in various sales and specialist departments (e.g. product management, technical inside/field sales, applications and service). You will get to know our technically leading product and service portfolio for electro-hydraulic applications in the industrial sector.

Sophisticated content with a customer focus: In keeping with our “Connected Hydraulics” campaign, you will receive impressions of current hydraulic trends, ranging from the electronification and digitalization of our components and systems to new software and predictive maintenance services. You are part of the marketing of innovative customer solutions and convince our customers of future-oriented products.

Requirements

You are passionate about accompanying innovative solutions for hydraulic components from concept to market launch and want to see innovation in the hands of our customers. You have a strong technical understanding and a feel for market and customer needs. In addition, you bring the following with you:

• Education: You complete your diploma/master's degree (preferably also a doctorate) with above-average success in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, electrical engineering or a comparable course of study.
• Experience and know-how: You have already demonstrated your enthusiasm for contact with customers and technical solutions in demanding industrial internships. Ideally, you will also have gained initial experience in the hydraulic environment.
• Personality and way of working: You impress with your sales skills and strong customer orientation. With commitment, enthusiasm for creativity and initiative, you actively contribute and are a team player with strong communication skills.
• Languages: You speak German and English fluently, both spoken and written.
