Role Summary
We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Functional Analyst to join our team. As a Functional Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring the successful implementation of advanced software systems.
Requirements
Among the main responsibilities are
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
- Develop and maintain functional specifications, process models, and other documentation to support system design and development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
- Conduct data analysis and interpret results to support decision-making processes.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and resolve conflicts.
- Create and maintain project artifacts, including use cases, user stories, and process flows.
- Perform gap analysis between current and desired business processes
- Support testing activities by creating test plans and executing test cases.
- Provide training and support to end users during system implementation.
- Monitor and report project progress, risks and issues to stakeholders.
- Degree in technical disciplines (engineering, computer science) and economics. Equivalent work experience is also evaluated.
- 3+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst or similar role.
- Strong skills in business process modeling, requirements gathering and analysis.
- Experience with public housing management bodies and bodies such as IACP (Istituti Autonomo Case Popolare) or other regional/provincial bodies.
- Knowledge of the reference regulations in the public residential building sector.
- Familiar with the processes of fee collection, arrears and maintenance management.
- Experience with regional and national public housing regulations, including specific ERP regulations, housing plans and public grants.
- Experience in the analysis and management of cadastral, patrimonial and administrative data related to public buildings.
- Ability to draw up clear and structured functional documentation (requirements analysis, use cases, flowcharts).
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, etc.) and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Monday).
- Familiarity with UML and other diagramming tools.
- Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, in particular Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent knowledge of Italian.
