Full Foreign Trade Analyst

Full Foreign Trade Analyst at Signode in Cabreúva, SP, Brazil.

Responsibilities

• Create purchase orders;
• Import and export of machines, parts and pieces, consumables and raw materials;
• Monitor the Import processes from sending the order to the supplier until the material enters the factory;
• Checking documents relevant to the Import;
• Monitor the Export processes from receiving the order to loading the cargo;
• Preparation of documents relevant to Export;
• Practice cash payment routines and other expenses for Import and Export processes;
• Maintain contact with freight forwarders, customs brokers and service providers for documentation and operational procedures;
• Monitor the release of closing expenses for Import and Export processes;
• Conference and analysis of operational expenses ensuring a competitive cost;
• Follow up on Import and Export processes;
• Inform the respective requesters regarding the delivery of the requested materials to Signode;
• Back Order Management;
• Guarantee administration;
• Administration of suppliers' price list;
• File management of the area's processes.

Requirements

• Complete Higher Level
• Foreign Trade or
• Business Administration (with an emphasis on Foreign Trade) or
• Logistics (with an emphasis on Foreign Trade) or

International Relations.

Knowledge and Skills

• IT (Office package)

• 2 years of experience essential
