• Be familiar with dispute/chargeback and identity validation processes (KYC/biometrics);
• Have knowledge of payment method regulation (BACEN, brands, etc.);
• Have advanced Excel and know SQL and/or BI tools (Metabase or similar);

Have certifications in Compliance, AML/KYC or Fraud Prevention (CFE or similar).

• Therefore, in the FRAUD PREVENTION ANALYST position, you will be responsible for:
• Provide first-level support to partners and internal teams, clarifying doubts about the transactional anti-fraud flow;
• Manage the chargeback process, clarifying operational doubts and dealing with expired cases;
• Monitor the efficiency of current rules, proposing adjustments, continuous improvements and data-driven experiments to reduce false positives and losses;

Analyze divergences in facial biometrics validations, assertively defining approval, disapproval or escalation of the analysis.

Requirements

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS? ✔️

• Be available to work 40 hours per week;
• Have experience with fraud prevention in financial operations;
• Have already worked with case analysis and decision-making about risk/fraud (approval, disapproval, escalation), with attention to controls and compliance;
• Have experience in high volume operational routines and regulated deadlines (SLAs), such as service queues, back office or case analysis;
• Have already worked in fintechs, digital banks and/or with payment methods;

Hold a degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, IT or related areas.
