FP&A & Performance Manager (m/w/d) at ju:niz Energy GmbH in Munich, Germany.

Responsibilities

You are responsible for the integrated five-year planning of the ju:niz group and continuously develop it.
You translate strategic goals into reliable financial plans, scenarios and relevant control variables.
You will build an integrated financial model for P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, capex, financing and liquidity and maintain it independently.
You create company and project evaluations as well as sensitivity and scenario analyzes in a well-founded and target-oriented manner.
With Strategy you will work closely on strategic options, growth initiatives and management decisions.
You develop and monitor key KPIs at group and portfolio level. You consolidate project-related POC information for performance management and make key value drivers, opportunities and risks visible at an early stage.
You support management and management with meaningful reports, analyzes and decision documents for financial and strategic management.
You coordinate planning and evaluation assumptions with the departments and professionalize our FP&A, reporting and analysis processes.
As a business partner, you will work closely with the CFO, management and our project and investment teams.

Requirements

You have completed a degree in economics with a focus on controlling, finance, accounting or a comparable qualification.
Three to five years of experience in FP&A, business controlling, transaction advisory or a leading business or strategy consultancy fit well with this role.
You are familiar with project business, complex business cases and ideally a private equity, scale-up, infrastructure or energy environment.
You think of P&L, balance sheet and cash flow as integrated; You are confident in budgeting, management reporting, KPI control and POC-based project analysis.
You use Excel at an expert level and are convincing in financial modeling, IRR and valuation logic; Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or LucaNet is a plus.
You combine analytical depth with entrepreneurial thinking, clear communication and a strong hands-on mentality.
You speak German fluently and English confidently. To work closely with the CFO and departments, you will regularly work at our location in Aschheim near Munich.
