We’re hiring a Founding CTO / Chief Risk Officer to join an early-stage fintech/Web3 startup building an on-chain institutional FX hedging infrastructure .

This is a co-founder-level opportunity for a technical leader who wants to own the architecture, risk infrastructure, and technical vision from day one.

🔥 Who We’re Looking For

Must-have

Former Founder, CTO, or Founding Engineer

Expert-level Rust — strictly required

Strong background in financial/trading infrastructure

Experience building systems from 0 → 1 and scaling them in production

Deep understanding of risk, margin, trading, or financial systems

Strong DevOps / infrastructure expertise

Experience with protocol security, security auditing, or blockchain infrastructure

Comfortable taking full technical ownership at co-founder level

• Blockchain / smart contract infrastructure
• High-performance Rust systems

• Define and execute the technical vision
• Architect core trading, risk and settlement infrastructure
• Design robust risk & margin systems
• Lead engineering and infrastructure strategy
• Establish security and reliability standards
• Work closely with founders on product and protocol direction
• Build the engineering organization from the ground up
