The Mâcon site represents more than 70 years of history in the field of Medium Voltage and employs 500 employees. We manufacture medium voltage cells ensuring the distribution of electricity and which allow our industrial, residential or tertiary customers to connect to the electrical network of energy distributors and to power their equipment. The challenges are numerous and the objectives ambitious. They can only be achieved through the quality and commitment of AMT employees.

Reading documents

  • He reads the contents of the assembly file at the station (part or assembly plan, diagram, exploded nomenclature, electrical specifications) and translates it into assembly operations.
  • He reads the exploded parts lists to identify the parts to be assembled and know their place of service.
  • He monitors production indicators to know the cost, quality, lead time (QCD) level of his assembly line.

The assembly

  • He services the parts necessary for assembly.
  • It assembles the components (subassembly, cell).
  • It carries out riveting, tightening, lubrication, gluing and adjustment operations in compliance with the assembly instructions (IM) or operational instructions (IO).
  • In compliance with the organization's rules, he deals with non-conformities of articles and data that he discovers throughout assembly. (IO13Q007),
  • It carries out offline assembly operations (touch-ups, specific customer requests, preparation of factory recipes, etc.).
  • It controls certain functions of the product (earth switch (ST), current transformer (CT), contact resistance, earth continuity).
  • It alerts the manager in the event of a significant reduction in the number of coins in the locker.
  • It triggers production in KANBAN mode.
  • He declares daily the quantities produced and the hours spent.
  • He constantly keeps his workstation clean and organized.
  • It complies with EHS rules (waste sorting, evacuation and maintenance of handling tools, wearing personal protective equipment (PPE), knowledge of the rules for evacuating premises, etc.).
  • He informs his leader of the problems encountered.

Information systems

  • He carries out post-consumption and product entry into stock transactions.
  • It visualizes plans or nomenclatures in the technical data management system (Satellite, Galaxy, SAP, etc.).

The training

  • He trains new arrivals according to the “supported training” procedure.
  • He provides assistance and advice to his colleagues when necessary.
  • Participation in AIC1.

Requirements

  • Professional baccalaureate.
  • Know how to use the tools adapted to the different types of assembly (screwdriver, riveter, ratchet wrench, etc.).
  • Know the rules of the art of assembly by tightening, riveting, gluing and degreasing.
  • Know, respect and enforce EHS rules.
  • Be able to work in a team and share professional know-how.
  • Demonstrate autonomy (i.e. being able to react to blocking hazards on an assembly line, and find and propose appropriate solutions in compliance with the rules set by our organization) and initiative in the context of the operation of an assembly line.
  • Be a source of suggestions.
