Finance Manager / Werkscontroller (m/w/d)

Role Summary

Sole Hoergertshausen GmbH is a medium-sized company and part of the Prima Sole Components Group with around 4,000 employees worldwide. Our core business is the production of plastic parts using the pressing process for the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for financial and controlling issues at the location
• Central contact person for the Plant Manager and the Group Finance Team
• Creation and coordination of monthly, quarterly and annual reporting
• Monitoring and further development of processes in the areas of controlling, cost accounting, project controlling, CAPEX and accounting
• Analysis and planning of the location's cash flow and liquidity situation
• Close cooperation with the operational areas as a business partner
• Support with monthly financial statements and the creation of provisions and accruals
• Processing and clarifying work-related accounting issues in collaboration with Group Accounting
• Control and monitoring of fixed assets and working capital
• Support with cost optimization and efficiency improvement measures
• Planning and implementation of projects for process optimization in the financial sector
• Further development of finance processes and support of organizational changes

Requirements

• Completed studies in finance, accounting, business administration or a comparable field
• At least 5 years of professional experience in finance or controlling
• At least 2 years of experience in a managerial or managerial role
• Sound knowledge of controlling and financial processes
• Confident handling of ERP and BI systems
• Good knowledge of accounting and ideally IFRS and local accounting regulations
• Analytical, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• High level of initiative, flexibility and sense of responsibility
• Strong communication skills and confident demeanor at different company levels
• Very good knowledge of German and English, knowledge of Italian is an advantage
