Finance Business Partner (m/w/d) | Region Süd-West

Role Summary

With around 2,200 employees and an annual total output of more than 570 million euros, your future employer is one of the leading corporate groups for technical building equipment in the German-speaking region.

A common structure for around 15 craft businesses is currently being created in Baden-Württemberg and Hesse. As a Finance Business Partner (m/f/d), you will actively shape the commercial management of the company and the development of uniform financial structures.

Responsibilities

You are the central commercial contact for the management of the companies you support. You analyze their economic development, create transparency and translate numbers into concrete recommendations. You will report directly to the Regional Operations Manager.

You will take on these tasks in detail

• Supporting craft businesses as a Finance Business Partner (m/f/d) directly on site
• Analysis of key figures and reports as well as derivation of concrete recommendations for action
• Supporting management with commercial issues
• Further development of reporting and controlling structures
• Support with budget planning, forecasts and monthly financial statements according to HGB
• Optimization of existing financial processes
• Supporting the integration of new companies into the corporate group
• Commercial support in planning and controlling customer projects

Requirements

• Studies in finance, controlling, economics or a comparable qualification
• Profound professional experience in controlling, accounting, auditing or management consulting, for example in the areas of transaction services or due diligence
• Confident handling of financial key figures and enjoyment of analytical tasks
• Understanding of commercial contexts and different business models
• Structured, independent and practice-oriented way of working
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with medium-sized craft businesses and the respective management
• Willingness to travel regionally within Baden-Württemberg and Hesse
• Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
