Field Service Technician - NSW

Role Summary

The Power Quality (PQ) division at Eaton Electrical provides power management solutions including uninterruptable power supplies (UPS's), surge protective devices, power distribution units (PDU's), remote monitoring, software, power factor correction, airflow management, rack enclosures and services. We are looking for a Field Service Engineerbased in Sydney, to install, test, commission, service, and repair UPS products and systems for critical power applications to specifications and customer requirements.

Not all electrical wok carries the same weight.

The Work

• Service, test and commission UPS and critical power equipment
• Troubleshoot complex faults across electrical and electronic systems
• Support installation and upgrade projects
• Deliver high-quality reporting and technical support to customers
• Participate in an on-call roster supporting critical environments

Requirements

• A Grade Electrical Licence
• Experience in field service, industrial electrical or similar environments
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving capability
• Ability to work independently and build customer trust
• UPS or critical power experience is highly regarded
