Role Summary

Field sales representative (m/f/d) rheumatology
Specifically, this means
You are a networker: You know your customers, have strong contact with existing and new customers, know your sales area and know how you can make it successful
You are our brand ambassador: You are responsible for a target group-oriented presentation and marketing of our products to established specialists and specialists in clinics. You use the entire range of channels – F2F, email, multichannel, events and the appropriate marketing mix
You are a strategist: You keep an eye on the market, adapt your targeting and your account plans to the movements in the field and thus achieve your sales goals
You are a team player: You coordinate with your regional manager, your colleagues and other in-house positions and enjoy cross-functional collaboration
You understand compliance: You are responsible for compliance with all applicable requirements of the function as well as legal and regulatory requirements, including the procedures and procedures on ethics and compliance as well as the “Principles of Business Conduct” (Code of Business Conduct)

Requirements
This is how you make the difference
- You have successfully completed a university degree in natural sciences, pharmaceutical sales training or the necessary expertise in accordance with Section 75 of the Medicines Act
- Successful field service work in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage, but not an absolute requirement. What is much more important to us is enthusiasm for the job, fun in further development and not being afraid of new things
- You have a high level of persuasiveness and a strong personality with strong communication skills
- You have a high level of agility and the will to succeed
- You have strong digital skills
- And the most important thing: you are enthusiastic; have empathy and enjoy sales. You can also be a career starter
