Responsibilities

🎯 Your mission: set impulses & generate deals

• Hunter mentality: You actively win new customers in medium-sized businesses through targeted cold calling (by telephone and in person).
• Solution consulting: You analyze needs and present our IT systems convincingly – digitally or live on site.
• Relationship management: You maintain and develop your own customer portfolio sustainably and identify new sales opportunities.
• Full Sales Cycle: From the first contact through the offer to the conclusion, the process is in your hands.
• Presence: You represent our company at trade fairs and industry events.

Requirements

🛠️ Your foundation: Sales DNA meets IT affinity

• Experience: Sound experience in sales or field service (ideally in an IT environment).
• Communication: You are rhetorically brilliant, business fluent and have a precise command of spoken and written German.
• Mindset: You are characterized by an independent way of working, high self-motivation and organizational strength.
• Mobility: You enjoy being on the road and have a valid class B driving license.
