The field advisor for cattle nutrition will be responsible for direct sales of cattle products to strategic business clients, i.e. farms in the north-west of Poland.

We are looking for a results-oriented person with experience in sales and nutrition, who can easily conduct direct and remote sales, working with both new and regular customers. In this role, you will support customers in assessing their needs and recommending appropriate products, services and solutions.

The offer applies to mobile work in the north-western region of Poland and the western part of the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship (cities such as Malbork, Słupsk, Pruszcz Gdański)

Responsibilities

  • Identification of potential new customers and maintaining relationships with regular customers.
  • Guided by knowledge obtained as a result of market and price research, conducting sales and merchandising activities.
  • Monitoring customer and competitor activity and industry trends.
  • Protect, develop and diversify relationships with target customers.
  • Representing the company in the field - building a positive image of the organization through active consulting and promoting products and services tailored to customer needs.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications• Bachelor's degree - agricultural or related fields preferred (zootechnics, agriculture, feed science).

  • Experience in selling cattle products.
  • Practical knowledge in arranging feeding doses for cattle.
  • Valid category B driving license and readiness to work in the field with accommodation (we provide a company car). Preferred Qualifications • Knowledge of foreign languages. English allowing for free communication in speech and writing - contact with global teams.
  • Results-oriented and building long-term relationships with the client.
  • Taking initiative, proactive approach.
