Facilities Manager

Role Summary

Lead and guarantee operational excellence, structural availability and efficiency of the network of 76 Dark Stores nationwide. Its role is to ensure operational continuity and constant optimization of resources (OPEX and CAPEX), translating technical building needs into business solutions with agility in the Quick-Commerce ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Guide building operational execution: Supervise the infrastructure in the 76 stores, standardizing control panels and inspection protocols to ensure operation without interrupting commercial activity.
• Manage the national supplier network: Develop, audit and empower contractors; negotiate Service Level Agreements (SLAs), coordinate response times and audit strict compliance with the service.
• Manage the budget (OPEX/CAPEX): Design and control the annual budget for maintenance and infrastructure projects, ensuring cost control and resource maximization.
• Apply technical criteria and building planning: Evaluate diagnoses, estimates and building proposals, challenging suppliers with solid technical foundations without the need to directly execute repairs.
• Implement maintenance and unforeseen plans: Design and implement preventive building inspection schemes and emergency protocols for reactive unforeseen events in stores.
• Perform root cause analysis: Diagnose recurring failures in facilities and prioritize operational interventions according to the level of criticality and impact on the business.
• Facilitate transversal communication: Serve as a fluid link between your team, Store Managers, Operations and Finance, translating technical complexity into accessible business language.
• Promote continuous improvement and digitalization: Automate management reports and promote the constant search for operational efficiencies and processes without bureaucracy.

Requirements

• Academic training: Graduated professional in Civil, Industrial Engineering, Architecture or related careers.
• Previous experience: Demonstrable experience at first level of formal leadership managing direct teams in Facilities, Maintenance or Infrastructure areas within Retail, Mass Consumption networks or multi-site environments.
• Financial management and indicators: Solid command of OPEX/CAPEX budget planning and control, control panels and management indicators (KPIs).
• Technical knowledge: Management of maintenance contracts, negotiation and inspection of building suppliers and design of preventive/corrective programs.
• Digital tools: Advanced use of Excel/Google Sheets, ticketing/CMMS software for maintenance, looker and integration with WMS/ERP systems.
