Role Summary

• Activities and Main Functions
• Resin development and formulation
• Constant research of new technologies and methodologies in the processing and formulation of emulsion resins
• Carrying out and planning polymerization tests
• Carrying out functional tests of resins in finished product in accordance with standards or tests required by R&D management
• Daily work aligned with safety standards
• Always keep your work area and the R&D laboratory clean
• Generate reports, presentations or documents requested by R&D management
• Management of SAP, SIP and CMK

Specific knowledge

In emulsion polymerization,

Desirable performance tests of emulsion resins: physical (Viscosity, density, pH, % solids), functional (water absorption, white point, DSC, GHC, characterization, IR).

Management of laboratory equipment: viscometer, pycnometer, potentiometer, dynamometer, scales)

Work Experience: 6 months

Skills: Proactive, emotional intelligence, oral and written communication skills, negotiation, personnel management.

Language and Level: Intermediate English, able to read and understand articles in English.

Requirements

Level of Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemistry. Desirable mastery
