We are looking for a working student (m/f/d) in the area of ​​business information technology / digitalization / process management (approx. 20 hours per week) who, together with the management, will digitize, automate and make our internal processes scalable.

As a direct support to the management, you help to structure, standardize and map processes in marketing, sales, back office and construction site organization with modern tools and automation. It's not about classic IT administration, but about practical process digitalization in real everyday business life.

Salary: EUR 2,000 gross per month (part-time - 20 hours per week)

The hours can be arranged flexibly by arrangement and can be easily combined with your studies.

Your tasks

Digitalization & standardization of processes

Record, structure and translate processes in marketing, sales, back office and construction site organization into clear steps

Identify bottlenecks and media disruptions and develop suggestions for improvement

Document processes in such a way that they can be easily understood and carried out by employees

Building automations & workflows

Workflows with tools like Zapier, Make, n8n or similar. build and optimize

Set up automated notifications, status updates and handoffs between departments

Establish data flows between different systems (e.g. CRM, project management, DMS, communication tools)

Working with modern SaaS tools & AI

Use existing tools in a more structured way and evaluate, set up and test new tools

Integrate AI solutions into selected processes (e.g.
