Role Summary
Conduct thorough inspections prior to shipping products to verify quality, quantity, and compliance with specifications.
Examine documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness in export processes.
Identify and report any discrepancies or quality problems in products or documentation.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve inspection-related issues.
Maintain detailed records of inspections and prepare comprehensive reports.
Stay up to date on international trade regulations and quality control standards.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of inspection processes and procedures.
Requirements
- Proven experience in quality control or inspection roles, preferably in an export-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures and export procedures.
- Mastery of quality control techniques and methodologies.
- Exceptional documentation and report writing skills.
- Management of digital tools and platforms for the management of inspections and documentation.
- Intermediate English
