Coordenador(a) de Desenvolvimento de Software - Vaga Afirmativa para Mulheres at Experian in São Paulo, Brazil.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the software engineering team, promoting technical and professional growth.
- Define priorities and ensure alignment between business objectives, product roadmap and team delivery capacity.
- Monitor performance, productivity, quality and system stability indicators.
- Manage risks, dependencies and impediments, acting proactively to ensure successful deliveries.
- Promote good development practices, architecture, quality, security and observability.
- Work together with Product, Business and Technology leaders to define and execute strategic initiatives.
- Ensure the availability, reliability and evolution of the systems under your responsibility.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical areas, ensuring clarity and alignment between stakeholders.
- Conduct feedback, performance assessment, individual development and succession processes.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, autonomy and continuous improvement.
- The environment requires quick adaptation to changes, leadership skills and good communication with multidisciplinary areas.
Requirements
Experience and knowledge
- Previous experience leading software engineering teams.
- Solid foundation in software development and systems architecture, with mastery of backend concepts (Python and/or Golang).
- Knowledge of frontend web development with React and applications with Flutter.
- Familiarity with integration and aggregation layer (BFF) patterns, APIs and inter-service contracts.
- Experience with AWS cloud and distributed systems architecture.
- Experience in agile methodologies and project management.
- Ability to make decisions driven by data and indicators.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, influence and negotiation.
- Strategic vision and strong results orientation.
- Differences
- Background on digital payments.
- Experience in digital transformation and accelerated growth environments.
- Knowledge of observability.
- Experience in managing large-scale digital products.
