Role Summary
The Full Production Systems Analyst (Data Analyst II) will be responsible for the support and operation of production processes, answering calls, monitoring environments, checking processing and executing operational procedures. You will act autonomously in analyzing and resolving incidents, identifying root causes and implementing improvements, contributing to the stability and quality of services.
You will also be responsible for interacting with internal and external customers through Jira, Microsoft Teams and email, ensuring the correct monitoring of demands and effective communication of the solutions adopted.
Experience with Linux, Shell Script, MySQL, ITIL and change management is expected, as well as knowledge in root cause analysis and quality management. The area is ISO 9001 certified, with standardized processes and periodic audits, requiring rigor in the execution of procedures and commitment to continuous improvement.
We are looking for an analytical, proactive, collaborative professional, with good communication and focused on results, capable of acting as a technical reference and contributing to the team's operational excellence.
Requirements
- Good communication (spoken and written)
- Intermediate knowledge about using Linux OS in command prompt
- Basic knowledge of SQL language
- Initiative and pro-activity
- Sense of urgency
- Critical thinking and interpretation of messages, for categorizing calls
