We are looking for people who breathe external sales (PAP), negotiation, live local commerce and know how to open doors in retail with that root energy that makes everything happen!

We are looking for a curious, dedicated person with a strong desire to grow, ready to get their hands dirty, develop their skills and build their story in one of the most dynamic markets in the country.

Active prospecting of potential customers in the region, focusing on practical learning.

Portfolio maintenance, ensuring friendly and organized service.

Commercial and operational support, forwarding queries and seeking solutions with the support of the team.

Participation in negotiations with guidance, developing commercial repertoire.

Organization of the weekly routine and monitoring of KPIs.

Field activities whenever necessary, under supervision or support.

Requirements

• Live in the East Zone/SP region
• Completed secondary education (higher desirable).
• Previous experience in sales, service or prospecting (B2B/B2C).
• Experience with financial products, acquiring or retail is desirable.
• Basic command of Excel and the Office package.
• Own vehicle and active driving license.
