Role Summary

The Commercial Executive has a crucial role in maintaining relationships with existing customers and actively seeking new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

What will your main responsibilities be

Customer Service: Providing personalized support to existing customers, ensuring their needs are met effectively.

• Contract Renewal: Management of the process of renewing contracts with customers, ensuring business continuity;
• Opportunity Identification: Proactive identification of up-sell and cross-sell opportunities to expand the services offered to customers;
• Prospecting for New Customers: Active search for new customers, understanding their needs and presenting customized solutions;

Continuous feedback with regional manager and technical team: Constant communication with internal areas to ensure that customer needs are considered in the continuous improvement of the solutions offered.

Requirements

What we look for in you

• The candidate must have experience in B2B sales, with strong experience in prospecting, portfolio development, conducting commercial negotiations and evaluating market potential.
• It is also necessary to demonstrate the ability to maintain and strengthen relationships with active customers, promoting engagement, loyalty and constant monitoring of performance through in-person or virtual visits.
• Expertise in preparing joint business plans, defining commercial strategies and monitoring trends and competition is expected, as well as the ability to support clients in training, commercial proposals, presentations and negotiations with end customers.
• Furthermore, skills are required to monitor sales KPIs, such as volume, average ticket, conversion and churn rate, preparing management reports and proposing continuous improvement actions.
• The ideal profile presents analytical skills, clear communication, strategic thinking and ease of integration with internal areas.
• Experiences related to credit portfolio management, highlighting the payroll loan product, relationships, commercial strategy are essential for the role.
• Availability to travel.
