Role Summary

Hybrid vacancy to work in Blumenau/SC.

As a Farmer Executive, you will have the mission of ensuring the loyalty and engagement of the customer base, acting in a consultative manner to prevent cancellations, reactivate inactive accounts and identify expansion opportunities. You will be responsible for building relationships, understanding customer needs and proposing solutions that maximize perceived value.

Manage a portfolio of active and inactive customers with a focus on retention and engagement.

Monitor churn indicators and usage behavior for preventive actions.

Conduct reactivation campaigns for inactive customers.

Work on engagement campaigns for active and inactive customers.

Collaborate with internal areas (sales, product, service) to ensure a fluid journey.

Prepare performance reports and insights for decision making.

Requirements

• Experience in farmer service and/or retention.
• Clear, empathetic and solution-oriented communication skills
• Knowledge of SalesForce and Excel CRM tools.
• Proactive, organized and results-focused profile
• Consultative communication and negotiation skills
• Analytical ability to interpret data
• Customer portfolio management
• Experience in the acquisition segment
