Role Summary

Responsible for AEx function HIL bench testing, completing functional verification and regression testing;

Build and maintain the test environment based on the IPG CarMaker HIL platform, and complete the test scenario configuration and execution;

Write test cases (Test Case) based on requirements, functional design and test specifications, covering normal scenarios, boundary scenarios and abnormal scenarios;

• Responsible for building CarMaker scenes, including typical ADAS scenes such as roads, traffic participants, target vehicles, pedestrians, and bicycles;
• Use CANoe, CANape and other tools for CAN/Ethernet message monitoring, ECU communication verification and data analysis;
• Analyze vehicle logs, ECU logs and CarMaker logs, locate the cause of test failure, and output test reports and bug analysis reports;
• Develop and maintain Python automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency and support Regression Test and Nightly Test;

Cooperate with algorithm, software, calibration and system teams to complete problem location and verification closed loop.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above, vehicle engineering, automation, electronic information, control engineering, computer and other related majors;
• More than 2 years of ADAS or intelligent driving testing experience, and HIL bench testing experience;
• Familiar with IPG CarMaker HIL platform;
• Familiar with AEB functional principles and typical test scenarios;
• Familiar with vehicle communication protocols such as CAN, CAN FD, UDS;
• Proficient in using CANoe for bus analysis and message diagnosis;
• Proficient in using Python for automated test development and log analysis, experience with Jenkins is preferred;
• Familiar with the Linux environment and able to use Shell for basic debugging;

Familiar with Git version management tool.
