Role Summary

1. Go deep into the Bosch production line, understand the lean production process, focus on product process control, equipment performance improvement, and production efficiency improvement.
2. Lead the development and implementation of visual inspection systems based on deep learning and real-time video streaming.
3. Lead the optimization of various indicators of the visual inspection system, and be responsible for algorithm performance optimization, training and optimization of common CV models, and pipeline process configuration.
4. Provide timely feedback on development progress and problems encountered, discuss with the team and find solutions, and support the improvement of the quality and efficiency of the business department's after-sales service.

Requirements

• Education background: Master's degree or above, 3 years or more of experience in computer vision and deep learning application and development, computer, Internet of Things, software, electrical automation and related majors.
• English: Basic English writing and speaking skills.
• Software skills:
• Familiar with common AOI system scheme design, hardware selection, image detection algorithms, proficient in using OpenCV or Halcon, and experience in development and implementation;
• Proficient in the use of computer vision deep learning models such as CNN/Transformer, and experience in practical projects such as model optimization for common target detection and tracking, action recognition, and industrial image defect detection;
• Proficient in using S/W programming languages (C#, C++, Python), proficient in using deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch/TensorFlow;
• Priority will be given to those with experience in real-time video stream analysis projects or development;
• Those who are familiar with Linux systems and have mature practical experience in Jetson edge deployment will be given priority.
