Role Summary

[Intelligent Driving Field-Technical Project Manager]

Responsibilities

  1. Project coordination and plan management
  • •Responsible for the end-to-end project management of the core module of intelligent driving (perception/control/positioning map);
  • •Develop project plans, key milestones and delivery strategies to ensure technical goals are aligned with business goals;
  • •Organize cross-team weekly meetings/reviews to track development progress, problem closure and risk management;
  • •Manage version cadence, production milestones, technical dependencies and testing resources.

2.Technical collaboration and architecture promotion

  • •In-depth understanding of the technical principles and interfaces of each module, and coordination of module collaboration such as perception, planning, control, and map positioning;
  • •Promote module interface standardization, version compatibility and platform construction;
  • •Participate in system architecture reviews and key technical solution discussions to identify and resolve system-level technical risks;
  • •Connect the chip and operating system platform (such as NVIDIA Orin, Horizon J6, QNX, ROS2) for system adaptation and optimization management.
  1. Mass production and delivery management
  • •Promote intelligent driving algorithms from laboratory verification to mass production SOP;
  • •Manage verification, testing and issue tracking before mass production;
  • •Responsible for customer delivery, supply chain cooperation, version traceability and mass production quality management;
  1. Process system and team collaboration
  • •Build and optimize project management processes (agile development, OKR, CI/CD processes, documentation systems);
  • •Introducing project management tools (Jira, Confluence, PLM, etc.) to standardize project collaboration;
  • •Cultivation of cross-team communication mechanisms to promote efficient collaboration among algorithms, systems, testing, and hardware;
  • •Support the team to form a closed loop on product rhythm, priority and delivery rhythm.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor degree or above, major in computer, automation, electronic engineering, vehicle engineering and other related majors;
  2. More than 5 years of experience in project management of intelligent driving, smart cars or highly complex technical systems;
  3. Be familiar with the autonomous driving system architecture and understand the technology stack in any of the following directions:
  • ◦Perception (BEV, Transformer, Radar-CameraFusion)
  • ◦Planning control (TrajectoryPlanning, MPC, driving decisions)
  • ◦Positioning map (high-precision map, RTK/IMU fusion, online relocation)
  1. Familiar with mainstream platforms and tool chains: Orin, Horizon, ROS2, QNX, Docker, Jenkins, etc.;
  2. Have the ability to formulate project plans, risk assessments, progress control and cross-team coordination;
  3. Have technical communication and reporting skills in Chinese and English (support collaboration with overseas teams);
  4. Applicants holding PMP/ACP/IPMA and other project management certifications will be given priority.

Bonus points

  1. •Leaded the mass production delivery of L2+/L3 autonomous driving projects;
  2. •Have background in autonomous driving perception or planning module research and development (algorithm/system/engineering);
  3. •Familiar with CI/CD, version management, and automated testing systems;
  4. •Participated in multiple chip platform migration or cross-platform sharing projects;
  5. •Have complete SOP management experience in OEM or Tier1
