Role Summary

Multi-modal algorithm research and development: Design and develop industry-leading multi-modal fusion algorithms to process and fuse 2D (RGB/multispectral) and 3D (structured light/line laser/point cloud) data to improve defect detection and measurement accuracy under complex materials and three-dimensional structures.

Implementation of the visual-language model (VLM): Introduce text modality into the AOI process, develop a Prompt-based zero-shot/few-shot anomaly detection model, and realize flexible detection through natural language instructions, as well as automated text attribution and report generation of defects.

Cutting-edge technology tracking and innovation: Continue to track SOTA progress in fields such as computer vision, multi-modal large models, and generative AI, lead core technology research, and publish papers in top conferences (CVPR/ICCV/ECCV, etc.) or apply for core patents.

System-level deployment and optimization: Participate in the architectural design of the end-to-end (E2E) visual inspection system, and collaborate with hardware and software teams to ensure efficient inference and closed-loop iteration of complex deep learning models on edge or industrial cloud platforms.

Requirements

• Educational background: PhD degree in computer science, robotics, automation, artificial intelligence or related majors (or an outstanding master's degree with more than 3 years of top R&D experience).
• Core algorithm capabilities: Have a solid theoretical foundation of deep learning, and be proficient in mainstream frameworks such as PyTorch. Proficient in mainstream visual Backbone architecture (CNNs, ViTs, etc.).
• Multi-modal practical experience: * 2D/3D vision: In-depth understanding of target detection, image segmentation, 3D point cloud processing (such as PointNet series, Voxel architecture), 3D reconstruction and other algorithms.
• VLM/Large Model: Familiar with CLIP, LLaVA, SAM and other basic visual models and their fine-tuning technology.
• Engineering capabilities: Excellent Python/C++ programming skills, familiar with the Linux development environment, and have a solid foundation in data structures and algorithms.
