Technischer Systemberater (w/m/div.)

Role Summary

You are responsible for preparing offers in the core business and use our standard product portfolio. Based on customer inquiries, you plan heating systems and systems and develop detailed planning proposals and system configurations, based on self-developed and specified technical data.

You can use our software to carry out technical elaborations, comprehensive simulations and precise cost-effectiveness calculations, always taking economic and legal framework conditions into account.

As a technical expert, you act as the central contact person for technical questions from installers, heating engineers, end customers and public institutions in order to proactively provide assistance in solving problems.

You will strengthen our sales team by supporting our sales staff in the office and in the field with all technical inquiries.

You will make a significant contribution to the compilation and internal communication of relevant information for product advice and legal requirements.

Requirements

• Education: completed specialist vocational training with at least two years of specialist training or comparable
• Experience and know-how: several years of relevant professional experience; general product and system knowledge in hydraulics and control technology; Knowledge of SAP, CRM and technical design software
• Personality and way of working: You manage to communicate complex technical issues in an understandable way and you always find customer-oriented solutions; You enjoy working in a team and use your technical and analytical skills to solve even abstract problems
• Languages: very good spoken and written German
