Job Overview
Job description
- Location:
- Berkel en Rodenrijs, ZH, Netherlands
- Work arrangement:
- On-site
Role Summary
Why this role is challenging
This is not a classic, purely physical warehouse function where you just move boxes. It is a versatile combination role of physical warehouse work, administrative control in our systems and active coordination with external partners (such as transporters and recycling companies). You really get responsibility for your own domain.
You interact daily with
Project leaders and work planners who need materials for their projects;
External carriers about shipments and possible claims;
Your direct colleagues from logistics and facilities on location.
Your role: the engine behind our logistics flow
As a Warehouse Officer you ensure that the incoming and outgoing flow of goods runs smoothly. You check, book, identify and adjust where necessary. You think about the layout, monitor the safety of the racks and ensure that administrative claims are resolved quickly.
You recognize this in yourself
- You preferably have completed an MBO education (in warehouse, logistics, or similar), or have a comparable working and thinking level through experience;
- You have already gained some experience in a warehouse environment;
- You are administratively handy and accurate; experience with ERP systems (such as AFAS) is a big advantage;
- You are proactive, have good communication skills and do not hesitate to pick up the phone to coordinate something with a transporter or project leader;
You have an excellent command of the Dutch language, spoken and written (this is essential for communication with our local transport partners and internal systems);
You attach great importance to a safe working environment and work in a structured manner.
What Bosch offers you
At Bosch we believe in rewarding craftsmanship and commitment.
Why you want this
Because you are looking for a logistics role with real content. You not only want to be physically active, but also take administrative ownership. You enjoy working in a professional environment where safety is taken seriously, and where you are part of a close-knit team at a permanent, easily accessible location in Berkel en Rodenrijs.
