Role Summary

What We Request

You have experience in commercial roles and love working with precision and determination.

Experience gained in the administrative and/or commercial back office field, preferably in the automotive sector (will be considered a plus);

You are a reliable, dynamic and flexible person, capable of maintaining concentration and dealing effectively with daily challenges

You know how to organize work, manage time and coordinate customers and activities effectively, showing strong commercial and organizational skills.

You are precise, responsible and attentive to detail when evaluating vehicles and managing assigned tasks.

Responsibilities

• You will welcome customers and take charge of each vehicle, ensuring a clear, transparent and professional experience.
• You will carry out administrative tasks, contributing to the efficiency and success of the branch.
• You will evaluate each car 360°: light mechanical check, document verification and Test Drive. Every detail counts, because quality is in your hands. You will manage the commercial negotiation, guiding the customer towards the best decision and building trust along the entire journey.
• You will complete the purchase of the vehicle, taking full responsibility for the operation.

Place of work: Parma branch

• Working hours: Full Time of 40 hours per week on shifts from Monday to Saturday with midweek rest!

We are looking for a professional in the Automotive sector, energetic, reliable and with a strong commercial aptitude. You will be the point of reference between the customer and our company and the protagonist of the entire used car acquisition process: from the technical evaluation of the vehicle, to the commercial negotiation, up to the closing of the purchase.
