Role Summary
Claims management from a technical and mechanical point of view.
Daily and direct dialogue with clients, workshops and other departments of the company.
Assessment, analysis and negotiation of workshop budgets.
Requirements
- FP Maintenance of Self-Propelled Vehicles or other type of academic training related to automotive.
- Knowledge of vehicle mechanics, repairs, damages, etc.
- Ability to read and interpret budgets.
- High level of Office package.
- High level of English (spoken and written) is valuable.
