Role Summary
Management and development of client portfolios in the automotive sector, including acquisition, loyalty, monitoring and detection of opportunities.
Issuance of calls and support throughout the commercial and post-sales cycle, with continuous training by the company.
Advice and support to clients in the use of the online sales platform.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 and a half years of experience making calls for commercial purposes.
- Previous experience in after-sales management.
- High communication, negotiation and detail orientation skills.
- Office user level.
Benefits
- Indefinite contract.
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
- Hybrid modality: 1 week of teleworking per month.
- Location: Arturo Soria Zone.
- Salary: 24,000 - 27,000 gross per year between fixed and variable.
- Guaranteed commissions for the first 2 months.
