Role Summary

Take on the role of host: look after our customers and ensure a flawless service process!

• Create the purchase contracts including advice and explanation of the contract details
• Ensure that the vehicles are deregistered, coordinate with logistics service providers and make our purchased used cars available for collection
• Support our vehicle evaluators by carrying out visual evaluations on vehicles

Requirements

• Career-changers from the catering, hotel and retail sectors are welcome; (initial) professional experience in sales, purchasing and/or service in the automotive sector is a plus!
• Strong communication skills and strong customer orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor at all times
• Interest in the automotive industry as well as the willingness to lend a hand in the workshop - no technical understanding required!
• Fluent knowledge of German and initial experience with Google Sheets, Word and Excel
