Role Summary

Ensure your competencies according to your ability.

Fill out the records of documents relating to your workstation and line. (example: Adjustment and Startup Sheets, Traceability, production report and downtime of your line)

Support in the activities of model and/or tooling changes in your line. (except shapers)

Report problems based on the escalation process.

Comply with the LPA and LSW audit, in aspects related to your responsibilities at your workstation.

Timely notify the requirements for materials at your workstation.

Support in the preparation of mtto orders in SAP system.

Contribute to compliance with the scrap indicator in the assigned line.

Assist in the control of raw material inventory at your workstation.

Meet the MRO expense indicator for consumables within the target according to your line. (gloves, pens, ribbons, etc.)

Knowledge

Able to read and understand sheets with operating instructions, as well as complete/correct completion of the forms required in work and line operations.

Knowledge of the LSW concept

Able to perform basic arithmetic operations.

Manual skill.

Requirements

• High School

Education

Minimum 6 months in similar positions
